Placed an order online and no updates after 10+ days. Email sent and no respond.

No Real Warranty Support
The base station for the Apple Watch and iPhone worked fine for several months, then the watch charger died. Nomad's warranty service suggested it was my issue (e.g., watch band too heavy) It worked and died and there is no warranty. Avoid this company. I know I will never purchase any thing from them again.
